Terracotta plant pots line the quiet street outside, while inside there is a courtyard garden. Guests enter the marble lobby with fireplace, Turkish rugs, sculptures and contemporary paintings. Services include a 24 hour front desk, multilingual concierge staff and onsite car hire.

The Hotel Sanpi Milanos basement restaurant specialises in traditional Italian dishes for lunch and dinner. Terracotta tiles, floral furnishings and cane chairs decorate the interior.
