Designed in honour of the imaginary biblical palace of the Queen of Sheba, the Hilton Eilat Queen of Sheba is a grand modern resort hotel decorated with motifs of towers, domes, arches, pillars and mosaics, set on a private, sandy beach next to a large shopping mall. Dining options at the hotel include Yakimono, which serves traditional Japanese dishes including sushi and sashimi on the top floor of the hotel, overlooking the Red Sea.
