Location.Amadeus Hotel is situated in Milans city centre, 100 metres from the main railway station and one kilometre from the fabulous boutique shops on upmarket Via Montenapoleone. Milan Linate Airport is 10 kilometres from the hotel, around 15 minutes by car.
Hotel Features.Guests are offered continental breakfast each day, and multilingual staff at the 24 hour front desk can advise on nearby parking facilities (surcharge) and lock valuables in the hotel safe. A lift connects the hotels four floors.

Expert Tip. Teatro alla Scala, or La Scala as it is known in Milan, is one of the worlds most famous opera houses. Its simple facade reveals little of the magnificent concert hall inside. It has hosted the prima (first production) of many famous operas, including works by Verdi and Rossini. La Scalas season traditionally opens on 7 December and all performances must end before midnight. Ticket holders are not allowed to enter after the performance has begun.

Driving Directions:
Getting there.Bus no. 73 runs every 10 minutes and connects the airport with the Milan underground at San Babila Station. There is also a shuttle bus to Milan Malpensa Airport on the other side of the city. There is also an airport coach service which runs every 20 minutes to the Air Terminal at Milan Central Station, 100 metres from the hotel. Milans public transport includes four underground lines, as well as buses and trams. Tickets are available at Metropolitana Milanesa (MM) stations and some newspaper stands. Taxi ranks have telephones. Parking in the city is limited to two hours during the day. Illegally parked cars are fined or towed.
