This 14 floor hotel features 197 air conditioned guestrooms, all of which have bright, modern interiors with wooden floors, and include satellite television, Internet connections, minibars and safes.
The relaxation area on the 14th floor provides views across Umea and guests can spend time in the sauna or top up their tans in the solarium. On the first floor there is a kids playroom with drawing materials, movies and toys, open during the summer season only. Viskningar & Rop Restaurant is a stylish, contemporary brasserie and restaurant with sleek furnishings and wooden floors. Rop is the brasserie, serving simple dishes in a relaxed atmosphere, while Viskningar offers classic dishes and local specialties from an a la carte menu. There are nine meeting rooms in the hotel, with capacity for up to 220 people; banqueting facilities are also available on request. Guests arriving by car will find a multi storey car park opposite the hotel; tickets can be bought at Reception. In addition, the hotel garage has 23 parking spaces, subject to availability. For a family day out, the Norrbysk�r Archipelago National Park can be found 30 kilometres from the hotel. Umea Airport (UME) is three kilometres away, around 10 minutes by car.
