Properties are all located within the Kissimmee area, 15 20 minutes from Disney property. Kissimmee is close to Orlando and the closest city to Disney property. Three and four bed single family homes have private pools some with heat available, on request, at a charge. Two and three bedroom condos and townhouses are also available, these have community pools. Properties are located within the Kissimmee area, with easy access to Disney. Check in will usually be at the Florida Now office in Kissimmee, except for Emerald Garden properties where a lockbox is provided on site.
