The Chateau de Mazan is an eighteenth century chateau and the former residence of the Marquis de Sade. It is located in the Provencal village of Mazan, eight kilometers away from Carpentras and its famous market. The 25 guestrooms are decorated in creamy colors and have dark a ntique furniture. All include minibars, hair dryers, air conditioning and satellite television.
The hotel has a landscaped garden with traditional Provencal planting, including a one hundred year old olive tree.
