A patrician villa dating from the 1920s, the Grand Hotel Miramare is set in quiet hillside gardens overlooking the Bay of Mazzaro, 400 metres from the centre of Taormina. The hotel has 68 air conditioned guestrooms featuring traditional decor with light walls, antique style furniture and rich coloured fabrics. The village of Castelmola, which overlooks Taormina, is seven kilometres away and further afield, Mount Etna is 40 kilometres from the hotel. Catania Fontanarossa Airport is 50 kilometres and an hours drive away.
