From Brussels Airport (BRU):

Getting there. The airports railway station is located below the terminal building on the basement level, and is accessible by elevator. Airport City Express trains leave every 10 30 minutes between 5 a.m. and midnight, and travel to the citys three main stations. Single fares cost 2.60 EUR. Trains run between Brussels Midi station and Bruges every 30 minutes. The journey takes just under an hour. Metered taxis can be found in front of the Arrivals hall; licensed cabs have a blue and yellow emblem. Prices are all subject to change.
