Getting there. The hotel provides transport for a surcharge. Otherwise, take a bus to Milazzo, from where a ferry goes across to Lipari, where the hotel is situated.

Getting around. Lipari island itself has a good bus service, or scooters are available. Boats can be hired for sightseeing, but not for access between islands, for which a professional boat trip is necessary. Some smaller islands are completely accessible by foot, some require scooter.
