Distance to Catania City Center is five kilometres, approximately 20 minutes drive.

Getting there. The number 457 city bus departs every 20 minutes to central Catania. Tickets are available from a booth in front of the terminal building, and must be validated when boarding. Taxis cost around 25 EUR to central Catania. Prices are all subject to change.

Getting around. An inexpensive rail network links Sicilys larger towns, including Palermo, Messina, Catania, Taormina, and Syracuse. Buses run throughout the towns and many of the smaller villages. A car is recommended for exploring the less touristy areas.
