From KOA 9S Directions to Kona Islander Inn from Keahole Kona Airport. Approximately a 20 minute drive.1. Turn right out of the airport onto HWY 19 continue to Palani Intersection. 2. Turn right on Palani and proceed towards ocean turns into Alii Dr.3. Continue on Alii Dr. Along the ocean front seawall passing St. Michaels Church on your left and Bubba Gumps Shrimp Restaurant on your right.4.
