Getting there. Trains run every 20 60 minutes from the airport to Palermos central station (Stazione Centrale), situated 800 metres from the hotel. Single tickets cost 4.50 EUR. A bus runs to Stazione Central and single tickets cost 5 EUR. There are also bus services to Sciacca, Ribera, Trapani, and Agrigento. Taxis are available and cost approximately 50 EUR to the hotel. Getting around. Palermo city centre is compact and best explored on foot. The city and the surrounding areas are served by a network of buses. A car is recommended for exploring more of Sicily.
