Location. The Ghebel Resort is located 750 metres above sea level on the eastern side of Mount Etna in the village of Milo, Sicily, Italy. Etna Nature Park is one kilometre from the hotel. The nearest train station is Giarre Riposto, 10 kilometres away.

Driving Directions:
From Catania Fontanorossa Airport (CTA):
Distance to Ghebel Resort is 35 kilometres, approximately 30 minutes drive.

Getting there. The hotel can organise airport transfers for a surcharge. Alternatively, the number 457 city bus departs every 20 minutes to central Catania. Tickets are available from a booth in front of the terminal building, and must be validated when boarding. From Catania, take the Circumetnea Railway towards Etna. Alight at Giarre, 10 kilometres from the hotel. Taxis are available for the remainder of the journey. A direct taxi from the airport costs around 100 EUR to the hotel (price is subject to change).

Getting around. Buses run throughout the towns and many of the smaller villages, including Milo. An inexpensive rail network links Sicilys larger towns, including Palermo, Messina, Catania, Taormina, and Syracuse. A car is recommended for exploring the less touristy areas.
