From Catania Fontanorossa Airport (CTA):
Distance to Poggio Ducale is 10 kilometres, approximately 20 minutes drive.

Getting there. The number 457 city bus departs every 20 minutes to central Catania. Tickets are available from a booth in front of the terminal building, and must be validated when boarding. Taxis cost approximately 25 EUR to Catania. Prices are subject to change.

Getting around. An inexpensive rail network links to Sicilys larger towns, including Palermo, Messina, Catania, Taormina, and Syracuse. Buses run throughout the towns and many of the smaller villages. A car is recommended for exploring the less touristy areas.

Driving directions. From Catania Fontanorossa Airport.
Take Tangenziale A18 toward Messina and exit at Ultima uscita per Catania.
Take Circonvallazione for 3 kilometres.
On emerging from the tunnel, Poggio Ducale is on the right.
